Trackstone Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Trackstone referral program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. You (the "Referrer") and the people you refer (the "Referred Persons") will each earn a 500€ Visa gift card (the "Reward") for each qualifying referral and each qualifying Referrer.

  2. An "Eligible Referral" means a person you refer to us that (1) creates a Trackstone account for the first time via the referral link or with the referrer code and (2) enters into an agreement to buy or sell a property via the Trackstone marketplace.

  3. An "Eligible Referrer" means a Trackstone user that (1) has had a Trackstone account for at least 60 days and (2) has entered and verified a valid email address and phone number.

  4. The conclusion of a purchase or sale agreement means the execution of a final sale deed, following a signed pre-sale agreement in the context of an immovable property transaction conducted via Trackstone.

  5. The Referrer and the Referred Person will each receive an email with instructions on how to collect the Reward within 30 days of the conclusion of a purchase or sale agreement by the eligible Referred Person via the Trackstone platform.

  6. Only one Reward will be provided to the Referrer and Referred Person for each Eligible Referral.

  7. There is no limit to the number of Eligible Referrals you can make under the Program.

  8. Ongoing Referrals are valid until December 31st 2025. If the Referred Person does not enter into a purchase or sale agreement within this period, the referral will be considered expired and no Reward will be granted for either the Referrer or the Referred Person.

  9. Gift cards are subject to the Visa Cardholder Agreement and related terms and conditions, which are provided with each card. Gift cards can be used everywhere that Visa debit cards are accepted, subject to the Visa Cardholder Agreement and any conditions and limitations imposed by merchants. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable. Employees of Trackstone and its affiliates and their immediate family members may not participate in the Program. Trackstone is not responsible for replacing any lost or stolen gift cards.

  10. Trackstone may suspend, terminate or modify the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time and for any reason without any notice.

  11. If we have good reason to believe that you are making fraudulent or abusive use of the Program, Trackstone reserves the right not to deliver the Reward to either the Referrer or the Referred Persons and to take any other appropriate action. For example, the creation of several referred accounts owned by the Referrer for the sole purpose of using the Referral Program and receiving the Reward several times constitutes an abusive use of the Referral Program which may justify the closure of your account and/or that of your Referred Persons and the cancellation of the Reward(s).

  12. The Trackstone Referral Program officially ended on May 1st, 2025. No new referrals can be submitted or recorded after this date.
