No. Trackstone is a platform that allows you to sell your property while keeping your tenant in place. This allows you to continue to receive rents until the day of the sale.
Sellers pay a commission of only 4.5% on Trackstone with a minimum of 4500€ upon signing the authentic deed. This commission makes it possible to pay for all the services offered by Trackstone as well as the certification , analysis, marketing of listings and management of the transaction.
