Our mission

Radically changing the way to invest in real estate.

Two brothers, Florent Vaudelin and Thibault Vaudelin decided to create Trackstone, the only platform that allows buying and selling already rented properties.

An engineer and financier by training, Florent has been a real estate entrepreneur since 2010. He is notably the founder of My expat, the first rental investment hunting service for expatriates, sold in 2024.

Thibault is a developer and is now the CTO of Trackstone with very detailed technical knowledge of real estate transaction processes.

Together, it's the alliance of technology and financial analysis to create a true marketplace that accompanies an investor throughout their project, from opportunity selection to signing.
